The Development Review Board (DRB) meets on an as-needed basis. This quasi-judicial board considers the merits of conditional use, variance or waiver applications, and site plan reviews using the Town Plan and Zoning By-Law as written by the Greensboro Planning Commission and adopted by the Selectboard.
