The Greensboro Planning Commission invites all Greensboro residents and property owners to participate in a community lunch and housing design workshop on Saturday, August 23 from 12-4 PM at the GUCC Fellowship Hall.
This hands-on, collaborative event is part of our town’s ongoing effort to explore options for housing development that respond to Greensboro’s growing affordability and housing access needs.
LUNCH IS PROVIDED – BRING A DESSERT TO SHARE!
Facilitated by experts from the Communities team
at SE Group, the workshop will give attendees an
opportunity to:
- Learn about key land use considerations and housing challenges,
- Explore example housing sites, design possibilities, and layout options,
- Provide feedback using 3D models, maps, and interactive tools,
- Collaborate with neighbors in breakout sessions,
- Contribute to shaping future development directions in Greensboro.
