Organizations who wish to request a town appropriation for the 2027 Town Meeting have been requested to fill out an appropriation application which can be found here.
New appropriations will require a town petition which can be found here. 34 valid Greensboro voters’ signatures are required.
The FY28 budget committee is laboring to draft the budget by November 16, 2026, in preparation for public comments meetings in early December. If you wish to request an appropriation and need assistance, please contact Brett Stanciu, town treasurer (802-533-2911 or zoning@greensborovt.gov). By state statute, petitioned appropriation requests can be submitted by January 14, 2027.
