On February 20, 2024, all three members of the Greensboro Road Crew voted to join the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Within 10 days, this action will be certified by the Vermont Labor Relations Board. After this action is certified by the Vermont Labor Relations Board, the Town of Greensboro will enter into negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
